The Person Behind YESS
YESS is led by professionals across tax, compliance, M&A advisory, accounting and bookkeeping.
Founder & Managing Director:
- Sonali Shah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), a UAE Chartered Accountant (UAECA), and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Specialist.
- She is also a Fellow Member of the Emirates Association for Accountants and Auditors (EAAA) and a Fellow Member of the Anti Money Laundering Society.
- As the Founder and Managing Director of YESS Auditor LLC and YESS Management Consultancy Services LLC, she provides strategic leadership in audit, assurance, accounting, taxation, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance.
- She has extensive expertise in statutory and internal audits, IFRS reporting, UAE Corporate
- Tax, VAT, business advisory, company incorporation, restructuring, and liquidation services.
- She also specializes in AML/CFT compliance, including AML risk assessments, policy development, KYC/CDD implementation, goAML registrations, MLRO advisory, Ministry of Economy and UAE Central Bank inspections, regulatory reporting, and compliance for Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs).
- She is recognized for delivering practical, client-focused solutions that strengthen governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable business growth.
